(Manchester, Conn./CBS Connecticut) - Manchester police have arrested a teenager in connection with a two-vehicle accident last year that left a young child dead.
The female driver is 17-years-old. Her name is not being released due to her age.
The accident occurred September 5 on Spencer Street.
The driver is facing charges of second-degree manslaughter, and third-degree assault.
She was given a date in Rockville Juvenile Court.
